FAQ

What is the supply cabinet code in Silver Pines?
66 — the code is given to Red over the phone during the demo.
What is the motel safe code in Silver Pines?
7155, as reported in demo playthroughs. Worth verifying on your own run — demo builds can change.

The demo’s puzzles are classic survival-horror: codes delivered through dialogue and notes, keycards gating rooms, a fuse that restores power, and padlocks with two different answers. Solutions below — each marked with where it comes from.

What is the general store supply cabinet code?

66. The code is handed to you over the phone — the game expects you to have picked up the call. If you missed the dialogue, the cabinet next to the counter in Rodney’s General Store is the lock it opens. Supplies inside are worth the detour: inventory space is tight, but this is free ammo/healing territory.

What is the motel safe code?

7155 — as reported in demo playthroughs. Treat this one as provisional: it circulated from recorded runs rather than official material, and demo builds can change. If it doesn’t work on your build, the combination is likely seeded in a nearby motel note — check rooms 3 and 5.

How does the fuse box puzzle work?

Take the fuse, carry it to where power is needed. The fuse box in the motel yields a fuse item; slotting it into the right panel restores power to gated areas. It’s a fetch-gate, not a logic puzzle — the challenge is inventory space and whatever’s wandering the corridors while you carry it. Remember: the world doesn’t pause while you’re in menus or keypads.

Which keys and keycards matter?

  • Grizzly Suite keycard — opens the Velvet-registered suite at the Crimson Bear Motel; this is the demo’s main “find Eddie’s room” beat.
  • Poolside key — opens the motel pool area; optional loot space.
  • Game room access — check the motel’s public rooms; the game room holds supplies.

Can padlocks be broken?

Two kinds. Standard padlocks on optional doors can be shot off — expensive in ammo terms, so pick your targets. Rusted padlocks need a hammer-class tool you may not have yet; mark them on your map with a photo pin and come back. That photo-pin system is the intended way to track every locked door you can’t open yet — see the map and areas guide for how it works. The demo walkthrough puts every code in route order, and key items lists the tools the locks want.

What about the full game?

Puzzle count, code lists and lock types will grow at launch on October 8. This page goes live-update at release — anything not confirmed in the demo is listed as unverified until we’ve played it.
